Per-episode JSON results and show-level aggregate statistics are freely available for research use. All data is derived from CMAT analysis; see Methodology for parameters and reproducibility details.

The complete dataset as a single flat file: index.json (all shows, aggregate metrics only).

Field names

The composite is called the Formal-Feature Composite (FFC) throughout this site. In index.json it is the ffc_mean field; this field was previously published as sensory_load_mean and was renamed in September 2026, with no change to how the number is computed. The per-show aggregate.json and aggregate.csv files come straight from the analysis engine, which still uses the internal key family sensory_load_score / sensory_load_pacing / sensory_load_saturation and so on. Those keys hold the FFC and its normalized components under an unrenamed internal name — not a second measure, and not a claim about anything happening in a viewer. They are left as the engine writes them so that these files match what you get by reproducing the analysis locally.
